Open your client portal
Use the private invitation from your entertainer.

- Open the secure portal invitation supplied by your entertainer.
- Review the event dashboard and confirm that you see your event.
- Use the planning, documents, and profile/messages/files links available in the portal.
- If the invitation expires or access is disabled, ask your entertainer for a new link.
Good to know
Keep invitation links private. Your portal shows your own client records, not the entertainer’s entire business.
