Give event feedback and choose testimonial privacy

Send private answers and decide separately whether a testimonial may be public.

1. Open Event feedback from your portal and choose an available evaluation. Check its response window.
2. Complete the required survey questions. Your answers remain private to your entertainer’s authorized team.
3. If wanted, enter a separate Optional public testimonial and Name to display publicly. Select publication permission only if you want that exact testimonial and name eligible for publication.
4. Select Submit evaluation after review. Submitted answers are final; publication requires both your permission and your entertainer’s publishing action.
5. Return to the evaluation and select Withdraw publication permission if you no longer want the testimonial published. Your private survey response remains available.
