- Open the profile, messages, and files page from your portal.
- Post a message to your entertainer and return to the page to read replies.
- Open shared-file links to download the files your entertainer made available.
- Check your event dashboard for in-app reminders and available document PDFs.

If a file or event is missing, ask your entertainer to review its sharing settings.
