1. Why is a tool missing? DJ tools depend on workspace permissions and subscription access. Clients see only the tools shared for their event.
2. Can I change my theme? Yes. Light, Dark, and System preferences are individual; client pages retain the entertainer’s branding.
3. Why did my link expire? Secure links have limited lifetimes. Ask the person who issued it for a replacement.
4. Does queued mean delivered? No. Check the delivery or payment status after the provider processes the request.
5. Can I print help? Open an article and select Print this guide.
