Getting started

Choose your timezones

Set your personal display timezone and your business scheduling default.

MyGigMgr 2026.09
  1. Open My timezone in the application menu, choose your city or timezone, then select Save timezone. This is available to each signed-in user, including superadmins without a selected workspace.
  2. Your personal choice controls the calendar, report date ranges, availability exception display and scheduled email times. It follows your login across workspaces.
  3. With workspace settings permission, open Tools → Workspace settings and set Workspace timezone. New events, recurring availability rules and single-file imports use this business default.
  4. Event forms offer the full timezone list. Choose the event timezone before entering local start and end times. Existing events keep their saved timezone when a preference changes.
  5. Availability exceptions include their own timezone selector. When reopening a saved exception, its times are shown in your personal timezone.
  6. Use a location such as America/Chicago rather than a fixed UTC offset. Daylight saving changes are handled where applicable.

Good to know

If an uploaded update still shows the old controls, clear compiled views and route/config caches through File Manager and refresh PHP OPcache using the hosting panel. No database update is required for timezone settings.
