Publish an availability and inquiry widget

Offer availability checks and provisional package pricing.

1. Prepare your services, packages, add-ons, staff availability, and event types. Check that public pricing uses the intended currency and tax settings.
2. Open Tools → Integrations → Availability and inquiry widgets at /settings/availability-widgets.
3. Configure the widget’s event type, staff scope, notice period, booking horizon, capacity, and offered packages or add-ons. Review its public page before embedding or sharing it.
4. Visitors use Check availability, choose offered items, and submit their contact and event details. Availability considers applicable scheduling and setup or teardown conflicts.
5. Open Operations → Inquiry review to review submissions and the estimate saved when each was submitted.
