Forms, fields, and workflows

Adapt record handling to your business process.

1. Open Tools → Workflows to review or create a workflow.
2. Configure the supported stages, transitions, conditions, and actions. Use the form and custom-field controls for the information you need.
3. Open a record’s Workflow link to view its state and permitted transitions.
4. Test with a sample record and inspect the history before using automation with client records.
