Collect and moderate guest music requests

Let event guests suggest songs while keeping playlist approval with the DJ.

1. Open the event’s Music planning page. Under Request deadline and guest access, enable Allow event guests to submit requests for moderation and Save request settings.
2. Select Create or replace guest request link and share the generated link with the intended event guests.
3. Guests submit a name, song, artist, and optional dedication. The public request page does not reveal the client’s event details or playlist.
4. Review incoming guest selections. The client can Recommend to DJ or Decline from their portal, but only an authorized DJ can approve a request into a playlist.
5. Disable guest requests to revoke access. Creating a replacement link invalidates the prior link; if you extend the deadline, create a new link for the extended window.
