Maintain equipment and record condition

Keep inspections, repairs, and custody history with the asset.

1. Open Operations → Equipment and kits and select an asset under Condition and maintenance records.
2. Enter a service task, due date, reminder lead time, notes, and optional repeat interval. Select Schedule service.
3. When work begins, choose Start service / take out of circulation. The asset is blocked from new reservations while it is in maintenance.
4. Record the inspected condition and work performed, then Complete service. Good or fair can return it to availability; damaged or lost keeps it unavailable.
5. Review Service reminders on Equipment operations and the asset’s Condition and custody history. Use the service workflow again for repeat inspections.
