Configure event reminders

Schedule reminders for staff or clients.

MyGigMgr 2026.09
  1. Open Tools → Event reminders with scheduling settings permission.
  2. Create a rule with its audience, delivery channel, timing, and supported message placeholders.
  3. Review the reminder schedule on the event after saving the rule.
  4. Keep recipient preferences and contact consent accurate. A queued reminder is not proof of provider delivery.

Good to know

In-app reminders appear in Notifications or the client portal. Email requires the appropriate connected account and plan; SMS requires available entitlement and consent. Cancelled or archived source events must not send stale reminders.
